At Life Environmental, we work nationally and deliver Asbestos awareness and non-licensed work (incl. NNLW) which are both UKATA approved. We also carry out Duty to Manage training that we make bespoke for our clients, we include their asbestos management plans and systems to ensure delegates get the most out of the training.
We also write courses that are specific to our clients needs, this can be regarding a specific site they are working on, information needed, timescale etc. When staff are training, they are not generating income, so getting the details across as efficiently as possible is a major incentive to many of our clients.
All our clients regularly give good feedback, delegates are given the opportunity to complete our UKATA course feedback form and some complete their own company’s online course review. We have never received negative feedback (apart from delegates complaining that their companies do not provide lunches anymore) and one client recently stated ‘ I have had lots of staff saying how interesting and useful the course was, I normally get people moaning about having to attend courses!’
