Phil Murden – A little bit about our new Regional Director in The North West.

Phil is no stranger to the North West having studied Environmental Management at Manchester Metropolitan University prior to falling into the asbestos industry in 2002. Phil joined Life in 2011 as a surveyor/analyst and has risen through the ranks to his current role. Phil sees his rise in Life over the past 9 years as one of his strengths as he has been able to manage many different clients in all sectors of the industry. “I pride myself on ensuring clients receive a high standard of service whilst ensuring works are completed within budget and scope”.

Phil has a strong understanding of embracing technology and has been successful in using multiple software platforms as well as helping develop Life CSP. “I am delighted about the new benefits of this system for both our company and the clients we work with”.

Prior to joining the team in the North, Phil has successfully managed the South-West Region for the past 3 years. “ I believe in identifying peoples strengths and weaknesses and ensuring they are given the freedom and help to achieve the most in their roles. I look forward to working with the team in the North and I am keen to help them to develop further”.
