Employee Ownership Trust

Life Environmental Services are pleased to announce that with effect from the 1st March 2021, we have created an Employee Ownership Trust, EOT.

Our owner and Managing Director Steve Watts has sold a controlling interest of his shareholding to, “LES EMPLOYEES TRUSTEES LTD”, an Employee Ownership Trust. This means that a controlling interest in Life Environmental Services Ltd will be owned by the employees of the business in a John Lewis style partnership. Steve Watts commented, "I am delighted to be able to give so many people an opportunity to share in the success of the business. EOT’s are a wonderful way of being able to reward all staff’s hard work and loyalty to the business”.
