Company Announcement: Acquisition of Enproma
04/06/2008Enproma Ltd is now part of Life Environmental Services Ltd, the consultancy division of Lexia Solutions Group.
Formed in 2003, Enproma has an excellent reputation of delivering a wide range of comprehensive consultancy solutions for dealing with all aspects of asbestos and its related issues.
Enproma will now become the Project Management Division of Life Environmental Services and will be a great asset to the group helping them deliver a complete Environmental compliance consultancy service.
Today's acquisition presents a significant and exciting new chapter in the development and growth of Life Environmental Services.
The management team within Enproma will remain unchanged and Pete Holden will join the Life Environmental Services Board of Directors.
